Flytackle NZ Ltd services the Sage Lifetime Warranty on behalf of Sage.
The Sage Lifetime Warranty Every new Sage rod, blank and Sage series reel is covered by the Safe lifetime, original owner warranty. This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod, blank or reel and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, missing rod sections, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod, or damage during the assembly of a blank into a finished rod. Warranty coverage on Sage blanks does not extend to any custom work or components added to the blanks.
Sage reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Sage Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts. The lifetime, original owner warranty applies to rods with a serial # beginning with the letter "M" and higher, including all double letters (i.e. AA, AB, and AC). Rods with serial #'s beginning with the single letters "A - L" (generally manufactured prior to 1995); have an original owner lifetime guarantee against any defect in materials or workmanship. Any of these series of rods that fail due to misuse, negligence or normal wear-and-tear will be repaired or replaced at a reasonable cost. The serial # may be found on the rod directly opposite the Sage logo. PLEASE NOTE: Sage blanks are not serialized. Warranty coverage on rods built from Sage blanks is limited to the blank only.

Please return the entire rod, including the broken part(s), in its original tube or a cardboard tube. Flytackle NZ is NOT responsible for any losses or damages that happens during shipping. If you are returning a reel, please return the reel in a box. Include with these items a printed version of this form completely filled out and attached to your repair. Use one form for each rod, blank or reel to be repaired.

Please note that all warranty claims incur a shipping and handling fee.This fee covers the cost of freight plus the service and handling fee that Sage charges us. This fee will change in tact with any changes made by Sage in the US. The current fee for any Sage repair is NZ$ 75.00. 

Redington

Flytackle NZ Ltd services the Redington Lifetime Warranty on behalf of Redington.

ROD WARRANTY
Every new Redington rod purchased through an authorized retailer, with the exception of the Crosswater Series and Minnow Outfit, is covered by the Redington lifetime, original owner warranty. The Crosswater and Minnow are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the rod only, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage. 
Redington reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Redington Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with the newer models when necessary. Colors may vary between original and replacement parts.
In order to invoke this warranty, the original owner must take the entire Redington product, including broken parts or pieces, to their nearest Redington dealer. To service your Redington product, the dealer must fill out a Warranty Service Form.

REEL WARRANTY
Every new Redington reel, with the exception of the Crosswater and Pursuit reels, is covered by the Redington lifetime, original owner warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Crosswater and Pursuit reels are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship and must include a dated proof of purchase.This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the reel only, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage.
Redington reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Redington product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with the newer models when necessary. Colors may vary between original and replacement parts. To make a warranty claim please follow the same procedure as for the Redington rods, as explained above.

WADERS WARRANTY

Our Waders are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Any claim against this warranty must include a dated proof of purchase. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage. Redington reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Redington Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with the newer models when necessary. Colors may vary between original and replacement parts.In order to make a warranty claim, please follow the same instructions as for Redington rods and reels. All waders and wading boots must be washed and cleaned prior to sending the product back to Redington.

To claim warranty on any Redington product you will need to provide a proof of purchase from a NZ dealer. Flytackle NZ will only  handle warranties on products purchased in New Zealand. If you bought the product overseas you will need to deal with Redington directly.
